Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the world including P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you're located outside of our shipping area and are interested in our products, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements or future availability.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to check the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Swisspack is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This primarily applies to international orders, if/when they become available.
Damages and Lost Packages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For lost packages, we recommend checking with the carrier first. If issues persist, reach out to us with your order number for further assistance.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you realize you’ve made a mistake, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update the address before the item ships.
